About
Headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia, IPConfigure Inc. is a privately held, veteran-owned, security solutions and software company.
OUR MISSION
OUR STORY
IPConfigure was founded in 2003 on a simple idea: video systems should be easy to deploy, easy to use, and open enough to evolve with the people who rely on them. Two decades later, cameras are more than recording devices. They’re sensors that can show organizations what’s happening across thousands of locations in real time.
We built Orchid for that future. Our platform brings recording, AI, search, integrations, and automation together across cloud-managed, enterprise, and closed-network environments. It helps organizations see what’s happening, understand what matters, and act on it.
See. Think. Act.
OUR PEOPLE
Our team is the foundation of our company, we value the well-being and happiness of each individual who walks through our doors. Speaking of doors, our custom-built headquarters office is situated on a 4.5 acre campus, which doubles as a proving ground for our latest innovations.
Orchid is designed, built, and supported by a tightly integrated team bringing together engineering, manufacturing, and support to deliver unmatched performance and reliability. Led by computer vision PhDs, out team pushes the boundaries of intelligent video while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
