Description

ipConfigure has partnered with industry manufacturers and experts to deliver a robust curriculum that requires no IT experience while providing physical security and IT professionals with the working knowledge to design, implement, and manage IP based video surveillance systems.

The three-day certification is limited to fifteen participants and offers a unique 40/40/20 mix of presentations, labs, and guest lecturers covering topics from networking to video analytics. There is no other IP video surveillance certification offered that covers such a broad spectrum of topics while maintaining a manufacturer independent perspective.

Location

The certification program is hosted in Virginia on the campus of Old Dominion University (ODU) and provides attendees access to leading researches in the fields of information technology, computational intelligence, and machine vision. The campus in located in Norfolk, VA and offers on-site lodging at the Marriott Spring Hill Suites which is only 12 miles from Norfolk International Airport (ORF) and 28 miles from Newport News International Airport (PHF).
