Toshiba Camera is not showing up in Matrix

I have added a Toshiba Camera in the Administrator page, but when I log in to look at the Matrix, the Toshiba camera is displaying a white screen. You will need to connect to the camera and check the configuration, make sure that the camera is displaying as JPEG in both of the drop down boxes. It will not work if it's set to display in MPEG. | |
