ipConfigure takes the complexity out of IP video by enabling surveillance as a service with Surveillance Cloud Service (SCS).  This service is ideal for small shops where 1-4 cameras are deployed.  End users benefit from SCS's intuitive user interface and advanced features without having to invest in on site servers or DVRs which need to be maintained or require a steep learning curve to operate.  All you need is a PC with a browser, an IP camera, internet broadband connection and a router.

Surveillance Made Simple

There is no software to install or maintain - no servers or routers to configure. Users simply log onto ipConfigure SCS secure web portal to view their cameras and playback recorded video from anywhere via a web browser.

Guided Setup

ipConfigure’s courteous support staff will remotely configure your IP camera and router to enable the service. All you have to do is provide temporary access and we’ll do the rest. The process only takes 5 minutes per camera. You will be up in running in no time.

No Software or Server to Buy

The advantage of using “surveillance as a service” is that you never have to worry about acquiring and maintaining hardware. No more calls to your IT department or resident geek to troubleshoot a problem with your server. No more obsolete equipment, or out date software. We maintain the server hardware and software in a secure data center. Because SCS is a client/server application that is accessible through a web browser you'll take advantage of feature enhancements and upgrades without having to install new software.

No Contracts to Sign

SCS is billed as a monthly service. There are no contracts to sign and you cancel anytime you feel the service is not providing value. Add or remove cameras as needed. Only pay for what you use... isn’t that they way it should be?

How Does it Work?

SCS is running in ipConfigure secure data center on state of the art servers and routers. All you need at your location is an Internet connection (DSL or better), IP camera(s) and basic router. Access your live and recorded cameras via a PC with Internet Explorer.
The application is maintained by our resident experts whose job it is to ensure constant up time. Your video is stored off-site so it can never be stolen like the DVR. You determine how long the video is saved based on your price plan. Contact ipConfigure directly for a quote.
