Centralized Architecture : The centralized architecture is used when remote IP cameras are in place and adequate bandwidth is available from the camera for centralized management and recording. This model has no limit on the number of cameras, locations, and users it can support. Example: A retail chain with 40 stores and 3 cameras running at each store. Store cameras are connected to public internet broadband and recorded at the central office data center. |
