Techster - The archives are saved in the following format:
The last folder is the year (YYYY), month (MM), day (DD). The filename is the hour (HH), minute (MM), second (SS). Note that these date/times are the UTC time of the server.
I encourage you to look at using the REST API for looking up the archives. You can find the interactive API document through the 'Version Information' page. Specifically, check out the
/archives endpoints. They may be useful to you.
As for modifying the recording interval, by default we split the archives every 60 seconds. This can be modified by setting the following setting in the Orchid properties file:
where 60 is the split time of the archived file in seconds. Note that modifying this property is not officially supported and is liable to break other features. Remember to restart the Orchid service anytime you modify the properties file.
